Both Eureka carpet cleaners are easy to maneuver, have a folding handle for easy storage and do not require assembly. As far as I can tell from the reviews on Eureka carpet cleaners the main difference between the models is the price. The 4.0 does not seem to offer much more than the 3.0 in my opinion.
